Job Scope:

- Drive financial results for the assigned category.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favorable trading terms, prices, products, and promotions.
- Develop Category Expansion Plan and creative promotional strategies.
- Negotiate sales and advertising rebates with suppliers and plan weekly/monthly promotions to achieve targets.
- Ensure maximum turnover by negotiating the best deals and pricing with suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Retail Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Category Management and e-commerce.
- Professional Certification in Category Management, etc.
- Good understanding of supply chains, product/quality specs, product variations, cost drivers, and volume fluctuations in different Categories.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly customer-oriented, motivated, meticulous, and results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both in person and in writing.
- Ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Resourceful and able to work independently under a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
