**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the aftersales departments to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Develop strategies to maximize workshop productivity, parts sales, and service profitability.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, workplace safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure consistent delivery of a premium customer journey across all aftersales touchpoints.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly to uphold the dealership’s reputation.
- Develop loyalty and retention initiatives to build long-term customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and support the service advisors, technicians and parts personnel.
- Conduct regular training, performance evaluations and career development planning.
- Promote a strong team culture and service excellence mindset.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyseaftersales KPIs, including labour and parts sales, gross margins, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Implement continuous improvement plans based on performance data and market trends.
- Manage warranty claims and processes in accordance with manufacturer and internal policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s automotive service regulations, LTA requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Any other tasks assigned by your superior

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftersales or service management within a franchised automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of workshop operations, warranty processes, and parts management.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Commercially savvy, with experience managing P&L and departmental targets.
- Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and MS Office tools.
