**The Position**

Based in Singapore, and reporting to the company’s directors, the successful applicant will assist across all business divisions, including:

- Real Estate
- Private Equity
- Advisory

Ideally, the applicant will grow into an investment manager and or director over the next 3-5 years.

**Work**
- Assist the directors with day to day management across all business divisions. Including but not limited to strategy, operational, IT, financial, insurance, tax, accounting, audit, legal, compliance, contract, regulation, corporate admin, data protection, investors, sales, marketing and distribution, risk management, governance topics
- Assisting the directors with managing ongoing investments in the portfolio including reporting, consolidation, and operational aspects (controlling, automation, security, and cash transactions to and from investors, setup of entities, products, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, invoicing, liquidity etc.)
- Assisting to establish, validate and implement tax and legal structuring and the ongoing management of entities in various jurisdictions in UK, SG, Australia, Thailand and other jurisdictions the team
- Managing different partners and service providers, including lawyers, banks, advisors, administrators, authorities
- Assist to drive capital raising efforts in Indonesia and Europe
- All other duties as assigned by the management of the Company

**Required Skills**:

- High emotional intelligence
- Self-starter who can work with low supervision
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills & excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to work across borders and to communicate effectively with local partners and service providers

**Experience and Education**
- 2 - 5 years relevant experience
- Previous success contributing to or leading a team - in sport, business, university, philanthropy or any other experience relevant to the applicant
- Previous experience with entrepreneurship and or corporate directorship roles will be highly regarded
- English and Bahasa language skills are essential
- Other European language skills are preferred
- Ideally the applicant has attended business school
- Bachelor level degree or equivalent professional qualification
