**Portfolio Reporting and Managment**:

- Performance Management reporting
- Cash Flow reporting & Management
- Produce comprehensive reports on investment performances, risk metrics and compliance for stakeholders
- Cash & Security Position Reconciliation
- Support Investment Management activities via deal due diligence and tracking market trends.
- Regularly generate analytics reports on various performance

**Oversight of Portfolio Management System (Bloomberg)**:

- System Management: Assist the investment analyst in managing and maintaining the management system, ensuring data processing accuracy and efficiency.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the portfolio management system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts from NUS / NTU /SMU etc is required.**:

- 1-2years of internship/ Full time experience in Finance/ Investment Operations roles, ideally with exposure to financial management
- **High Calibre freshers are welcome to apply**:

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, general corporate law, financial principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software, Bloomberg and Microsoft office suite.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced investment operations environment
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: The ability to identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement process improvements is crucial for optimizing investment operations and enhancing efficiency.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, takes initiative and be able to work independently.
