**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Experience with agile development processes (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
- At least 3 years of experience in.NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Understanding of clean coding principles and design patterns.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.

**Nice to haves**:

- Possesses a computer science/software engineer or related degree
- Experience with JavaScript visualization libraries (D3.js, Highcharts, SVGs)
- Experience with web components using StencilJS or Lit-Element
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks/Fabric
