**About the Role
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify various target audience segments using our CRM system and analytics tools
- Design and implement drip marketing campaigns based on event triggers using marketing automation tools
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies, editing and refining existing content to improve readability
- Ensure all copy content reflects the distinct brand voice and identity of KooBits
- Manage content localization and translation processes
- Conduct customers interviews to gain customer insights in order to develop tailored messaging and marketing content
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities and leverage trends
- Contribute to a collaborative and impact-driven team culture. Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional copywriting skills and ability to create editorial content that speak to the target audience
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Passionate in content creation pertaining to parenting and education products
- Ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently and consistent with KooBits principles and position in the marketing segment
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Self starter who is willing to take ownership of initiatives
- Ability to write in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, or other Asian languages is a plus
