- Working Location: Tuas (Company Vehicle Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $2,800 + OT + AWS + Meal Allowance**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide transportation services for company staff from designated pick-up points to the workplace and vice versa.
- Transport company guests, directors, principals, etc., as assigned.
- Manage the timely delivery of scheduled items/goods to customers.
- Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the company vehicle.
- Execute spare parts order processes.
- Handle the picking and binning of spare parts and ensure proper storage of engines/machines.
- Verify the quality and documentation of all incoming engines, spare parts, alternators, and components for GRN purposes.
- Report defects, shortages, and discrepancies to superiors and manage the warranty claim process as necessary.
- Assure the correctness of quantity and quality in all outgoing orders.
- Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track sales orders and parts movement, updating sales personnel on backlogs and addressing expired sales orders.
- Handle the process of returned goods from customers and submit returned goods forms for corrective action.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness at all times.
- Report on warehouse security issues, including parts storage, fire hazards, and personnel safety.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock-taking activities.
- Collaborate with superiors to plan spare parts inventory levels and recommend parts obsolescence programs, provisions, and write-offs.
- Ensure duties are performed with proper PPE, personal behavior, workplace safety, work performance, and individual cleanliness.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by Management.
