**Position Summary**

In-charge of receiving, storage and inventory of materials, as well as organizing the shipments for delivery to customers.

**Main Accountabilities**

The person is in-charge of
- Incoming goods and how to properly plan for the storage of the items.
- Processing orders of customers
- Administering stock control and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with HSE Statutory Requirements
- Organizing of shipments to customers
- Coordinating drivers and trucks
- Ensures trucks are serviced to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Liaising and supervising Warehouse and Logistics staff

**Internal & External Working Relationships**
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Purchasing
- Operations Team (Quality and HSE, Production, Design and Development)

**Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)**
- Warehousing Background for at least five years.
- With Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Has good Organizational and Planning Skills
- Worked in a manufacturing or production set-up for at least five years
- Preferably with a background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or any inventory software
- Preferably with mínimal knowledgeable on Microsoft Office (Word, Office, Powerpoint) or similar softwares.
- Has attained Forklift License.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
