Job Highlights:-

(1) Warehouse Assistant – Picker / Packer (Work location at Tuas)

(2) Logistics Coordinator (Transport Controller) - Familiar with Singapore Routes and preferably with Class 3 - An Advantage (Work location at Tuas)

Regular Office Hours: 0815–1815 *Permanently Sun & PH off & 5 Days week / 2-Sat off per month

Available options:-

• Monday – Friday (5 days week) Gross:$2,400
• Monday – Saturday (2 Saturday off per month) Gross: $2,600 - $2,800
• Monday – Saturday (6 days week) Gross: $2,800 - $3,000

SAP B1 & WMS System - Training Provided / Entry-level are welcome too

(1) Warehouse Assistant – Picker / Packer

• Picking / Packing / Sorting / Receiving with speed and accuracy of fulfillment.
• Ensure all stocks in the warehouse are put away in the right location and stock record movement, ensuring correct quantities are reflected in the WMS & SAP.
• Manage the stations efficiently (sorting / packing section) / (VLM Goods receiving / conventional receiving section)
• Perform cycle count ( stock take )
• Optimize processes to improve productivity
• Time to time you may be deploy to another role when required
• Any other duties as assigned by the management / reporting officer (RO).

(2) Logistics Coordinator (Transport Controller)

• Good Product knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations
• Daily checking, sorting, and packing with correct items and quantity.
• Familiar with Singapore Routes to plan and schedule drivers' deliveries to ensure all customers' requirements are fulfilled
• Optimize transportation routes and modes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Liaising with drivers and clients to ensure that deliveries are out and track shipment according to clients' requirements
• Ensure the proper packaging and storage of products to prevent damage and product loss
• Communicate with Sales and Clients to confirm order specifics, payments, or delivery addresses
• Time to time you may be deploy to another role when required.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management / reporting officer (RO).

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar transport or logistics coordination role or in warehouse operation for Pickers and Packers
• For those no experience in transport coordination, are open for other Warehouse role - Picker / Packer
• Proficient in using SAP & WMS systems is advantageous
• Willing to work warehouse operational hours, Mon – Sat: 8.15am to 6.15pm, (2-Sat off per month + Sun and PH off).
• Able to write English and speak English/Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers/staff)
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.15am – 6.15pm (5 days week)
• Saturday: 8.15am – 6.15pm (Optional)
• Permanent Sun & PH off (Rest Day)
