**FOR ONLINE ORDERS**
You’re welcome to return your item within:

- **14 calendar days** (Singapore orders)
- **45 calendar days** (International orders)

Returned items must be:

- In **original condition** — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached
- **Free from any fragrance, deodorant, or scent**:

- Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in original packaging and with all tags, stickers intact
- Returned once only — each order is valid for a **one-time return or exchange**

Return options:

- **Store credits** (valid for 6 months, redeemable both online & in-store)

How to return:

- ** By mail**: Send your parcel to 1 Pemimpin Drive #07-05 One Pemimpin, Singapore 576151 (Weekdays, 10am-5pm). Please use a trackable courier service.
- **In-store drop-off**: Visit us at ION Orchard B3-33 or Raffles City L3-33 during the return window.

Please note:

- **Items purchased with **store credit** are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- **We’re unable to accept returns for **sale items, accessories, CO products**, or purchases made with **special promotional codes**.
- If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back.

**FOR STORE PURCHASES**
We offer **exchanges only** for items purchased in-store, within **14 calendar days** of purchase.

Exchanges must be:

- For an item of equal or higher value (top-ups apply)
- In original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached
- **Free from any fragrance or scent**:

- **Shoes must be tried on indoors and**returned in** original packaging**and with **all tags, stickers intact**:

- Done once only — each receipt is valid for **one-time exchange**

Please note:

- ** Store credits or refunds** are not available for in-store purchases
- Tax-refunded purchases are not eligible for exchange
- Items bought with **store credits** are not eligible for further exchange

**DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS**
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue or incorrect item
- Product code, size, and colour (if applicable)
