Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our team at Bored Go Here. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in attracting crowds to our establishment, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products and services. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attract and Engage Customers: Proactively approach and attract customers to the Bored Go Here establishment. Engage them in conversations about our products and services to spark interest and encourage sales.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by Bored Go Here. Be able to articulate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.

3. Sales and Promotion: Utilize effective sales techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and upsell additional products or services when appropriate. Assist in promotional events and special offers to drive sales.

4. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

5. Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in arranging displays and merchandise to maximize attractiveness and visibility.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Bored Go Here team to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.

7. Commitment and Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to the role and adhere to the scheduled working hours diligently. Punctuality and reliability are essential for the success of this position.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Art skills will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting products and attracting crowds.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to commit to the part-time schedule.
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours during peak periods or special events.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
