**Job Purpose**:
This position is responsible for providing both transaction and corporate legal support for BBAM’s growing legal department across its global operations.
- Work with BBAM’s legal team in Dublin (Ireland), Dallas (United States), San Francisco (United States) and elsewhere to buy, sell, lease and finance commercial aircraft and related equipment.
- Manage aircraft leasing and finance transactions from start to end, including:

- Co-ordinating with BBAM transaction attorneys, BBAM paralegals and external legal counsel;
- Drafting corporate authorities and other legal documentation;
- Arranging for document execution;
- Opening bank accounts; and
- Collecting and organizing transaction documentation.
- Work closely with technical, accounting, finance, compliance and marketing groups.
- Work on special projects and provide support to the corporate legal group as requested.Such other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in law or business.
- Paralegal certification a plus.
- 7+ Years paralegal experience with at least 4 years in aviation finance, aircraft leasing, or structured finance transactions.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft leasing, commercial contracts, secured lending, and cross-border transaction structures.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Comfort working across jurisdictions, time zones, and cultures.
- Ability to prioritize workload and works well under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Box document management system; experience with legal entity management or contract management systems a plus.
