Senior Client Service Executive

**The Role**
We are looking to hire a Senior Client Executive to be part of our Client Management Team. In this team, you will be one of the key day-to-day drivers of the value we deliver, bringing together our creative, technical, and strategic departments for our clients.From project to stakeholder management (internal and external) across digital and social media campaigns, this role requires you to have both a strategic and operational mindset. You should possess at least 2.5 - 3.5 years of experience in the industry, and have a good grasp of how advertising plays in the overall communication mix.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a key contact point for day-to-day internal team management and client communications.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Media, UI/UX & Tech teams for pitches and ongoing work.
- Managing and driving various teams together towards a common goal.
- Social Media Management - ranging from Content Calendar Planning, Post Scheduling, Community Management to monthly/quarterly Report generation with content analysis, insights and recommendations.
- Website Project Management - ranging from user journey planning, UI/UX design management, and management of technical website development.
- Project, timeline planning and management to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Create and manage client and project documentation such as creative briefs, meeting minutes, status reports, and other supporting materials.
- Participate in brainstorms and create workable programs for new businesses and existing clients.
- Establish professional relationships with colleagues within local and other offices.
- Basic understanding of finance processes such as Cost Estimation, PO generation, Invoicing & Payment Tracking.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 2.5 - 3.5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Client Service / Project Management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Extremely strong work ethic and dedication.
- Team player, agile collaborator with a hunger to learn.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $3,500.00 per month
