Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion
- Plan, organize and track work schedule to ensure timely delivery of target milestones
- Communicate and liaise with clients and internal teams to consolidate and validate the requirements of the project
- Manage changes in project scope proactively
- Maintain project administration and documentation
- Identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of project management experience in an advertising, agency, production house is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Resourceful, creative, able to work independently or as a team.
- Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in communicating with clients, managing projects, handling deadlines and budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
