**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Director, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute creative concepts for video content, and will oversee the production process from ideation to delivery. You will be responsible for managing and directing a team of video producers, editors, and other creatives, and will ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for video content
- Write scripts and storyboards, and direct the filming and editing of video content
- Manage and direct a team of video producers, editors, and other creatives
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provide regular project updates
- Oversee the production process, including filming, editing, and post-production
- Ensure that all video content is of a high standard and meets the client's requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually look for ways to improve the creative process and output

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in video production, with experience in directing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Avid
- Experience with camera operation and lighting
- Ability to manage and direct a team of creatives
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
