**The Job In a Nutshell**

The Team & Programmes Manager (TPM) drives innovation, crafting class schedules tailored to meet local client needs. By building a skilled teaching team, curating classes, and analyzing data, the TPM ensures dynamic, trend-aligned offerings. They oversee teacher development, from hiring to advanced training, enhancing teaching quality. Working with the Community Manager and Business Operations Manager, they maximize class capacity and refine schedules. The TPM also supports YM’s growth abroad, designing training programs and maintaining quality. Collaborating with the Academy and Training Manager, their ultimate goal is to build Asia’s top teaching team.

**Responsibilities**
- **Monthly Themes & Specialty Offerings**:Develop and implement monthly themes, workshops, popups and Level ups that align with trends in the fitness and wellness industry, holidays, or community interests, encouraging client engagement and participation.
- **New Class Types**:Ideate and propose to the ATM to introduce innovative class formats, styles, or programs that align with current fitness trends and the brands identity, appealing to both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote new class offerings and changes to the schedule, ensuring that clients are informed and excited about upcoming opportunities.
- **Community Engagement Initiatives**:Create opportunities for community-building within classes, such as challenges, themed classes, or social events that encourage client interaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their yoga experience, while staying informed about industry trends to adapt offerings and ensure the studio remains competitive and relevant.
- **New Market Support
- **supporting YM's teaching team and offering as we expand into new markets. Assisting with onboarding, training planning and implementation and quality control virtually and overseas.
- **Class Schedule Development**:Design and implement a dynamic class schedule that aligns with the needs of clients and the strengths of teachers, ensuring a balanced variety of classes throughout the week, catered to the location. Ensure the schedule is filled and the teaching team are available.
- **Data-Driven Adjustments**:Analyse class attendance and performance data (from CMS and ClassPass) to identify trends and patterns, making data-informed adjustments to the schedule as necessary to optimize class utilization. Work closely with other TPMs and Community Managers (CMs) to coordinate schedules and offerings, ensuring alignment with broader studio goals and fostering a cohesive team environment.
- **Feedback Integration**:Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, mentors and teachers regarding class times, types, and formats to enhance the overall scheduling process and address client preferences.
- **Regular Schedule Reviews**:Conduct periodic reviews of the class schedule to ensure it remains relevant and effective, making proactive adjustments based on attendance patterns and teacher availability.
- **Team Meetings**:Conduct monthly ideation meetings with the team on schedule and optimization, and discuss studio performance and client experience.
- **Training Needs Assessment**:Regularly evaluate the training needs of the teaching team based on class ratings, mentor feedback, and personal observations from attending classes. Strive to maintain consistently high class ratings on CMS and ClassPass by encouraging quality instruction and a positive client experience. They will also liaise with the Academy & Training Manager (ATM) other TPMs to coordinate internal training sessions for the annual calendar, ensuring comprehensive development opportunities ensuring all the teachers are up-to-date on all classes and training sessions in their areas.
- **Development**:Mentor and identify experienced teachers within the team to lead training sessions, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and fostering professional growth. Actively seek out potential mentors for the mentorship program to establish a robust support network that enhances the development of all teachers.
- **Brand Standards Compliance**:Ensure that the teaching team consistently meets brand standards in class delivery, professionalism, and interaction with clients and colleagues. This includes punctuality and effective management of medical and annual leave.
- **Comprehensive Reviews**:Conduct three-month and annual performance reviews for teachers within the team, with mentors assisting their mentees in the three-month review process in coordination with the TPM. Collaborate with HR to address any performance or behaviour concerns, ensuring a thorough and fair review process based on client and colleague feedback.
- **Engagement & community building**: Maintain regular contact with each teacher by being present at the studios and attending classes weekly to foster a supportive
