As a Lead Engineer/Engineer in the Programme Planning Office (PgPO) in Enterprise Group (EG), you will undertake central tasks such as analysis & planning, coordination, and collaboration across EG.

**What you will be working on**
- Development of Enterprise Masterplans
- Incorporate the masterplans and roadmaps of the various EG Functions into a coherent integrated masterplan/roadmap that encompasses the enterprise wide initiatives led by EG
- Define scope and ensure clear ownership in design, delivery, fund source, contracting and maintenance of the various enterprise-wide initiatives
- Identify dependencies between the enterprise initiatives and ensure any potential gaps are addressed
- Work with the SMEs in the respective Functions to ensure alignment of solution architecture, timeline,
- Collaborating with multi-HTDs/cross-cutting PMCs to develop and implement new programmes to optimise strategic benefits or operational efficiency
- Monitoring of industry collaboration & vendor workstreams and issues
- Presenting recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Process Management and Enhancement within EG
- Develop approach and processes for onboarding of systems onto enterprise initiatives, including enterprise cost models, procurement approach, etc
- Manage EG’s internal processes, e.g., PM, KM, audit, etc, in particular review how to enhance and standardize best practices across EG
- Manage interfaces between EG, PMG, Cap Plans and other units (COE, CS) on cross-unit process and interface
- Perform research and data analysis to identify business trends and relevant issues in EG
- Enhance and automate the project monitoring and budget tracking processes
- Tracking of performance metrics of PMG and their resource utilization
- Assist GD/EG in reporting to MHA/HTX management.

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communications and facilitation skills.
- Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible self-starter.
- Experience in planning, trend analysis, process creation/transformation, business process engineering will be an advantage.

All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
