- The formation of a Digital Acceleration Office (DAO) focused in three core areas:
- **Lead - **the orchestration of an enterprise-wide digital strategy
- **Pilot - **our prioritized enterprise-wide digital experiences
- **Scale - **with the continued acceleration of our digital commerce efforts
- We are looking for a **Digital Experiences Manager **who can Pilot our enterprise-wide digital experiences at Coca-Cola ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP)
**KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
**Focus, Scope, & Impact**:
This role is responsible to Explore, Pilot and Embed Digital Initiatives across ASP with the goal of delivering business results. These Digital experimentation initiatives will be prioritized and resourced by the OU Digital Council (DC), to deliver on the Long Range and Annual Plans
Explore New Digital Experimentation Initiatives
- Understand and support DAO strategic direction, digital experiences priorities, and global best practices to unlock scalable innovations that deliver against business objectives.
- Identify and analyze digital trends, competitive landscape, and conduct market research to unlock insights that can influence potential enterprise-wide digital experimentation initiatives.
- Work with the Digital Experiences Sr. Manager to:
- Develop detailed proposals for new initiatives (timeline, budget, resources, expected outcomes & business cases)
- Evaluate potential of localizing global experiences that deliver against ASP business priorities.
Drive Executional Excellence
- Drive executional excellence across Digital Experience Initiatives - project and resources management.
- Build relationships & work in an agile manner across multi-functional/multi-company teams to execute pilot/localization of digital experimentation initiatives, in close coordination with the Digital Acceleration Office team.
- Build and manage reports/dashboards to track and analyze performance versus targets, to identify opportunities to optimize the digital experience to deliver against business objectives.
- Manage execution across multiple pilots simultaneously.
- Co-develop roll-out plans to embed the pilot into core operations upon successful experimentation
- Work closely with the Digital Acceleration Office team on prioritization, strategy, timelines, performance, and execution.
**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
**Experience**
- 5+ years of leadership experience in digital (marketing/e-commerce/B2B) and/or franchise/bottler related fields
- Strong project management skills in relation to digital projects, with experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Broad knowledge on KO ecosystem and ways of working &/or proven success within digital in FMCG.
- Strong execution, financial and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with TCCC external partners (bottlers/customers)
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
