As Assistant Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing and developing holistic marketing campaigns both online and offline. You will collaborate with our brand partners, principals, and internal teams to create and execute exceptional marketing plans that resonate with our discerning clientele. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing & Communication Plan and Budget
- Craft and refine comprehensive marketing plans for select brands within our portfolio.
- Manage the A&P budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize brand growth and engage our target audience.
- Implement media plans across diverse platforms to amplify brand presence and impact.
- Collaborate with brand partners to establish marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Work closely with the Senior Engagement Marketing Manager to contribute to annual marketing and communication plans and budgets.
- Fine-tune and execute compelling marketing initiatives, blending online and offline channels seamlessly.
- Event Preparation and Execution
- Create, plan and flawlessly execute captivating events and client engagement initiatives, collaborating with brand headquarters, Exclusive Brands team and Retail Operations.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure the extraordinary execution of events that meet the highest quality standards.
- Engage with editors, journalists, clients and brand partners to achieve PR objectives, and deliver meaningful experiences.
- Support boutique teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of the retail environment and commercial objectives.
- Marketing Presentations and Reports
- Develop and present impactful marketing plans and projects to internal and external stakeholders, working closely with Engagement Marketing and Exclusive Brands team members.
- Prepare comprehensive post-event and post-campaign reports in collaboration with the team.
- Conduct monthly competitor business analysis reports to keep our strategies agile and at the forefront.
- Content Production and Digital Marketing
- Contribute to content creation and digital marketing efforts, promoting brand positioning and product lines.
- Undertake the role of brand ambassador within The Hour Glass, building a solid understanding of the brand positioning and product offerings.
- Support digital colleagues in conceptualizing and preparing digital campaigns aligned with brand direction.
- Facilitate in-house photoshoots, providing creative input and preparing briefs for the content production team.
- Clienteling and Gifting Programmes
- Contribute to the development and execution of clienteling and gifting programs to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Operational Marketing
- Collaborate with landlords, shopping malls, banks and corporate partners to develop promotions and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the retail team to ensure smooth execution of promotions and partnerships.
- Fulfil additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the team’s dynamic projects.

**Key Performance Indicators/Objectives & Key Results**:

- Monitor A&P budgets, track spending and drive media plans effectively.
- Develop inspiring and impactful marketing plans and activations.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of brands, their positioning and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Timely and accurate execution of projects, showcasing professionalism when engaging with stakeholders.
- Exemplify strong project management skills, attention to detail and reliability.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University Degree with a major in Marketing preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the luxury industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with budgeting processes, media plans and A&P mix.
- Knowledge of digital technologies for marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with the local media landscape and key opinion leaders.

**Behavioural Skills**:

- Strong project management skills, excelling in multitasking and execution.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passionate about the retail and luxury industries, with an appreciation for watches being a plus point.
