**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years experience in Bridge Construction, Erection woeks with launching girders, cantillevers, railway / MRT projects, viaducts

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, motivate, train, develop and supervise the site operations team personnel. Provides timely direction and feedback to the team; deals proactively with performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to personnel, technical, safety and general site problems
- Supervise Project teams to commission bridge launching equipment for first operations either in Singapore or other countries as assigned
- Formulate policies and strategies in conjunction with Director’s direction
- Ensure company’s resources, including equipment, manpower, materials, etc are put to best use
- Ensure quality of work is maintained at the highest standard and to promote the company’s competent image in the industry
- Devise and plan the most cost efficient and effective construction methods for the company’s operations.
- Plan construction methods for the Operations Department for their actual operations.
- Plan construction methods for the Marketing Department for them to prepare proposals for their tenders
- Inform construction methods to the Design Department for them to check the critical areas during their design stage.
- Work with other division/dept and seek improvements on methods and approaches to work with a view to enhance the company’s competitiveness.
- Ensure all bridge designs and drawings, construction methods comply with the relevant specifications, Company’s IMS process and procedures as well as applicable OHS and EMS regulatory requirements.
