**Job Overview**:
The Associate Logistics & Trade Comp Admin supports the Logistics & Trade Compliance group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined Supply Chain procedures. This role allows for the development of new Logistics & Trade Compliance-related skills. The Associate Logistics & Trade Comp Admin performs basic Logistics & Trade Compliance activities and uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the generation of recurring logistics and trade compliance reports
- Provide support to the logistics management
- Develop commercial bid evaluations or data entry into the company’s ERP system
- Maintain pertinent files, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Organize and maintain files in the company’s file repository (iDocs)

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- High school Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
