Administrative Executive

The individual will play a critical support role in the operations of the Private Client Services department with its High-Net-Worth International Insurance business across various markets.
Key Responsibilities
A) Administration & Support
- Maintain client database and CRM system
- Track and manage the department’s expenses
- Maintain case activity log
- Assist in the travel needs of the management team
- Assist in general departmental duties
B) Case Submission
i) Pre-case Submission
- Assist in illustration requests
- Conduct AML checks
ii) Case Submission
- Liaise with Advisors, Bankers and Family Officers (front-end and back-end departments)
- Enforce the policy such as submission of collateral assignment, first day cash document, MT103 and collect/distribute the policy document
C) Marketing
- Conduct market research
- Assist in developing marketing collaterals and power-point presentations
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance and related discipline
- Qualifications - M5, M9, M9A will have an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and possess initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Good team working spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint)
