An Investment Group based in Singapore and UK is looking for an Operation Analyst to provide support in various operational activities concerning the Group's Assets.

You will be responsible for tasks related to financial accounting, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy of financial data. This will include monitoring and reconciling investment transactions, maintaining accurate records of portfolio holdings, and generating management and financial reports. Working with a close knitted team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial information and contributing to the overall financial operations of the family office.
- Maintaining precise financial records, which involve tasks such as trade processing, treasury and cash management, payments, staff expenses, financial accounting, and reconciliations
- Overseeing and verifying investment transactions to ensure accurate and complete valuations.
- Providing performance and operational reports, prioritizing data integrity and consistency.
- Assisting in regulatory compliance activities, including annual audits, is another essential aspect, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
- Managing periodic Know-Your-Client (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) questionnaires. \
- Collaborate with external service providers like custodians and brokers, facilitating the timely and accurate processing of investment transactions and resolving any operational issues
- Provide support to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing necessary assistance.
- Maintenance and enhancement of operational systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting additional controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Assists in the annual budgeting process, supports day-to-day operational activities within the family office, and handles various administrative matters and ad hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Expereince in working within the investment / family office environment will be advantegous
- Experience in SAP will be a plus
- Willingness to learn
