Summary

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Specialist HR Business Partner with an inquisitive mind and strong problem-solving skills. You will be part of the People Relations team and will partner with the Business Leaders and other areas of HR to deliver high-value HR advisory and initiatives that enables the organization to meet its business objectives collectively.

**Job Description**:
HR Business Partnering
- Main interface between HR to the Business Units (BU) and Employees
- Deliver quality HR initiatives and solutions throughout the different stages of the employee lifecycle
- Facilitate BU’s HR administrative matters with the support from the Employee Experience team
- Inculcate & communicate Tripartism culture in managing a harmonious labour-management relations
- Establish and maintain effective and quality partnership and relationship for the long-term between Union and BU

Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Partner with the Talent Partners to drive Performance Management
& Development agendas through Annual Performance Reviews, 360 Feedbacks, and Improvement Plans
- Support BU on employee disciplinary issues by advising BU on Company's Disciplinary Policy
- Carry out and performance/disciplinary counselling, investigation & inquiry where necessary, including the follow-up of disciplinary actions (if any)
- Partner with the People Science team to drive Employee Engagement surveys and initiatives that elevates Employee’s engagement levels

Resource Planning
- Partner with the Manpower Planning team to evaluate the BU’s manpower requirements against budget and ensure all manpower movements are appropriately accounted for
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand and fulfill BU’s manpower needs and subsequently plan and execute recruitment and selection strategies to source for the best Talents for Scoot
- Support Employer Branding Initiatives led by both TA and Employer Branding & Internal Communications team

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business or Human Resource Management with at least 5 years of direct experience in Business HR environment in a medium to large organization
- Self-driven and motivated individual with an ability to effective plan and prioritize work
- Good digital acumen and data savviness with a strong analytical mindset to support data-driven problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- People-oriented with a strong sense of empathy
