**ABOUT THE POSITION**
- Develop visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and UI components that align with our technical tools' aesthetic
- Conduct user research with game developers to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs
- Prototype and iterate on designs based on developer feedback and usability testing
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Document design decisions and maintain comprehensive UI/UX guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through user interface design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of software development workflows and tools
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in game development or gaming industry
- Knowledge of game engine interfaces (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.)
- Familiarity with technical documentation and developer experience (DX) design
- Understanding of programming concepts and software architecture
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
