**Our client is a **global logistics service provider MNC who manages contract logistics, freight logistics, port logistics and public transport. They are currently seeking for Customer Service Officer/Executive to support their operation.**

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Handle and perform day to day liaising / coordination with customer(s) for their incoming and outgoing goods
- Handle and perform day to day liaising / coordination with supplier(s) / vendor(s) / contractor(s) for all warehousing activates involved
- Liaise / coordinate with department(s) such as Warehousing and Freight for day-to-day warehousing activities
- Ensure WMS data entry accuracy such as receiving, order allocation, location transfer, etc
- Ensure accurate data entry in reports, such as daily reports, daily issuance report, discrepancy reports, etc
- Ensure timely monthly customer(s) billing(s) / invoicing
- Cooperating and supporting JDA project team
- Administrative tasks such as filing and documentation
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent communication skills in English in both verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse solutions, 3PL, or contract logistics industry
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Dependable and reliable
- Must possess knowledge of warehousing operations and basic freight
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess a positive customer-oriented mind set
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Overtime may be required from time to time
