Job Description:
**Title : AP Manager**

**Industry : Automotive**

**Location : West**

**Salary Range : Up to S$7,500 Per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee AP operations and guiding a team of AP assistant/executive.
- Ensure month-end / year-end closing.
- Prepare cash flow forecast.
- Ensure timely payment to suppliers and compliance with company policies and in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure controls are in place when processing invoices and transactions and supplier reconciliations are performed.
- Review and provide reports on monthly accruals, recurring expenses and other expenses.
- Maintain and update necessary details of suppliers and employees to ensure accurate payments.
- Coordinate with banks for invoice financing.
- Review, recommend and implement policies and procedures to achieve optimal AP processes.
- Review working for quarterly GST input tax based on statutory deadlines.
- Assist in in reviewing or preparing ad-hoc related reports/analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy with at least 4 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and is meticulous.
- Experience with Procure to Pay system (eg. Coupa) will be advantageous.
- Short notice or immediate will be preferred.
