Regulatory Manager, Tobacco Regulation Branch

**What the role is**
- Work Location: Tobacco Regulation Branch (HSA), 3 Biopolis Drive, Synapse Building, Singapore 138623 You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore. You will be leading a team and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve valued outcomes through diligent operational management and execution of work enhancement projects.
**What you will be working on**
- As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include: - Supervising a team to ensure daily operational effectiveness - Overseeing training and work quality standards of ground officers - Managing contractors handling outsourced work - Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure whole of government synergy - Planning and successfully executing work process improvement and digitalisation projects - Performing other responsibilities as assigned
**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience - Minimum 10 years of field enforcement and investigation experience preferred - Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous - Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. - Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders - Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
