As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs. You will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our web development solutions meet client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our web development design services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions by leveraging your technical knowledge of web development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal development team to create customized solutions and ensure the seamless execution of client projects.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other business development efforts.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in software development or web design services.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, etc.).
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
