The Technical Sales Engineer will be our technical expert on the PFOEM Life Science and Process Control product ranges supporting sales in South East Asia; supporting Sales and Customers Service in driving forward business growth and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Develop offers and quotations for products Deliver opportunity qualification Run and manage opportunity pre-studies Provide detailed technical support to both internal and external customers Develop an understanding of the wider Norgren product ranges and match products to applications Take responsibility for a suite of products, and train others in their application Work alongside other teams to deliver change requests, deviations and value engineering projects What We Are Looking For A successful background in technical sales, sales or engineering within the Life Science and Process Control markets, ideally with pneumatic and control systems experience Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical and critical thinking; a keen eye for detail and creative solutions Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to communicate clearly with a range of different stakeholders Ability and willingness to travel A basic level understanding of the theories that underpin our products, or the ability and willingness to learn Proficient with standard business tools including MS Office, JDE, CRM. CAD skills would be advantageous.
