About the Team
As down-to-earth strategic partners for GBS and Tiktok Monetization Product, the team drives business growth by identifying strategic directions and initiatives through data-driven analytics and deep insights on both internal operations and external market landscape; ensuring resources are properly deployed, managed, and utilized; promoting cross-functional and cross-regional business synergy.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Decipher business problems using quantitative methods and tools, and distill the complex results into data-driven business insights and strategic recommendations to enable business decisions
- Engage and collaborate within the team, business leaders, cross-functional teams and company executives to inform monetization efforts and drive analytical initiatives
- Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth
- Develop and manage scalable analytics solutions such as tables, datasets, models and dashboards to monitor business performance and monetization efforts

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Maths, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, Finance); or related professional experience is applicable
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role with strong exposure or interest in strategy
- Working proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or equivalent) and experience with large datasets. Other programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
- Effective communication and organizational skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights
- Fast learner, willing to understand the root cause of problems; highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and creative thinking
- Experience in working for tech companies, especially in digital advertising, is desirable but not essential
