Senior/Patient Service Associate Executive, Business Office
**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible in processing billing reports for submission to MOH and other stakeholders, and also to ensure the Cash Management and Patient Refund processing activities in Business Office are timely, accurate and in accordance to established Policies, Procedures and Internal Controls.
You will process credit card refund, collate Child Development Account (CDA) information for refunds and reports/other duties in the section. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders in executing solutions to promote digital payment and refunds automation in the hospital. In addition, you will be assisting the Executive/Manager in generating and processing weekly/monthly billing reports to MOH and other stakeholders in accordance to template and timeline using hospital database system.
You will be required to handle all enquiries from the Public in a professional and friendly manner.

Job Requirements
Recognised diploma with 4 years’ relevant work experience
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Excellent team player with a strong analytical mind, good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
