**Resource Solutions and the Client**
We have worked in partnership with our clients supplying recruitment services globally since 2007. Our consultative service focuses on partnering with our clients at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers.
Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in Asia.
- Permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment across all levels and business areas (RPO and MSP)
- Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience
**About the Role**
The Recruitment Partner/Senior Recruitment Partner is responsible for building and maintaining client and vendor relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for permanent positions in Singapore, as well as managing internal mobility.
**Responsibilities**
**Relationship management**:
- Engage hiring manager to discuss new vacancies and agree resourcing strategy
- Providing regular market information from both internal (e.g. MI) and external sources
- Assistance in writing approved jobs specs in line with legislative requirements
- Owning and partnering in recruitment activity and offering added value services
- Regularly meeting with line managers to discuss process and promoting Direct Recruitment as both a cost saving initiative and value-added service of Resource Solutions
- Building and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with the client
**Recruitment process management**
- Managing agency relationships, including performance monitoring
- Ensuring all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site
- Managing vendors to source externally and advise on the process throughout the lifecycle
- Liaising with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
**Essential Requirements**
- Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Ensuring ATS/in-house recruitment management solution is accurate and up to date at all times.
- Developing and delivering business and recruitment strategies and ideas
- Manages all MoM related regulatory requirements, administration and documentation
