We are looking for a

**Recruitment Partner**

to join our Human Resources team in Neste Asia Pacific.

The purpose of the position is to support hiring managers in recruiting in APAC and develop practices and ways of working in Neste recruitment.

**Your part in Neste journey**

Your main responsibilities include
- Partner the hiring managers to consult, advise and support them to ensure a smooth and productive recruitment process
- Training managers and stakeholders in recruitment related skills and company processes, systems and tools
- Lead and drive recruitment campaigns and internship programmes with learning institutions and industry network
- Drive employer branding projects to create and maintain a positive employer brand image

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _University degree in HR, business, chemistry, engineering_
- _Strong experience (at least 8 to 10 years) of recruiting for various roles and on various levels and in different business environment_
- _Experience of working in an organization with multiple business functions, preferably in an multinational environment in a role within business or HR_
- _Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders_

The recruitment process will include interviews and possible aptitude assessment.

The person selected for the position must pass a health examination. A security clearance is obtained for the persons with their consent.
