As a Lead / Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the SEA market.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Regional experience is highly preferable.
