- Ensure proper transfer of institutional knowledge through job shadowing and proper documentation of work processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders on funding Agreement, novation of service provider's contracts, and formalising the operating framework
- Develop internal standard operating procedure (SOP) and business continuity procedure (BCP)
- Drive the procurement of data analytics software and outsource vendors to develop Data analytics software scripts for claims validations
- Work with internal stakeholders on system enhancements and Corporate Divisions to ensure adequate controls are put in place to minimize data transfer, operations, and payment risk
- Devise Communications plan to engage and manage Service Providers on the transfer
**Grant Disbursement works**
- Review claims for accuracy and adherence to grant agreements to ensure accurate and timely processing of grants disbursement
- Monitor budget utilization, provide reporting and visibility to management and stakeholders of the relevant performance and status of the grant and lead the team in the budgeting process
- Ensure service provider's letters of award are approved and renewed timely
- Review and streamline work processes for continuous improvement in productivity and governance
- Lead and participate in engagements with auditors on grant-related audits and matters
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 8 years of working experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in audit is a must
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working with large data sets and data analytic tools
- Analytical with an aptitude for problem-solving, and able to address concurrent demands from operational requirements and policy considerations
- Good team player and willing to embrace and manage change
