**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance & Rewards (Medical), the incumbent will work closely with the team to manage performance and reward (P&R) matters and related projects for JurongHealth Campus.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement P&R programmes and initiatives in accordance to NUHS’s policies and directions. This includes day to day management of activities as well as working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rewards services to clinicians.
- Support in the project management of end to end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs, working closely with various internal stakeholders.
- Plays an advisory role to HR partners and other stakeholders on rewards decisions, policy and guideline.
- Support change management strategy, communication plans and activities including preparing materials and organising sessions to engage management and staff in the implementation of various rewards policies.
- Provide support in the annual compensation cycle including salary review and increment exercise, bonuses payout and other annual payments.
- Work closely with HR partners and Shared Services team on operational matters to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Support manpower budgeting during budget planning cycle.
- Provide support during compensation and benefits audit exercises.
- Participate and support in HR projects and tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from a recognised university
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Performance and Rewards
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
- Good project management skills and knowledge
- Meticulous with strong analytical proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment will be an asset
