Office Manager

Our client is a market leader in International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), which provides international healthcare products and services to its network of brokers around the world. We are currently partnering them to look for an Office Manager to join the Singapore team.
Directly reporting to the Head of Sales for Asia, you will have to:
- Manage the offices administrative tasks (mail follow-up, agenda management, organization of internal and external meetings, etc.)
- Organize business travels for the team
- Follow-up the sales activities (sales meeting report, activities report, etc.)
- Coordinate all staff activities (on boarding of the new joiners, annual leave reporting, follow-up the IT requirements, etc.)
- Contribute to the recruitment process of the sales team with posting of job offers on different networks
- Work on transversal projects with marketing and communication department
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be solution oriented
- Have Strong relationship skills
- Excel in multi-tasking and be adaptable
- Demonstrate self-organisation skills and be strong in priorities management
- Be able to lead projects and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
