Senior / Executive, Clinic Operations

**About**
Our healthcare client is seeking for a Clinical Operations Exec / Senior Executive to support operational strategies, including day-to-day clinical operations, liaising with departments, and developing services for safe and efficient patient care, working closely with the Inpatient Operations team.
**Responsibilities**
- Support Clinical Operations Department development with clinicians and internal teams.
- Plan and implement new models.
- Ensure smooth daily data extraction and migration.
- Review documents for clinical and non-clinical needs.
- Support activities during IT systems downtime, upgrade, and deployment.
- Administer support in purchase-related activities.
- Manage timelines for timely follow-up and closure of key action items.
- Support other Clinical Operations projects and tasks as directed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, preferably in operations background; healthcare experience is a bonus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Analytical and innovative thinker.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.
