**Summary** - City Hall - UP$6000 - Variable Bonus + AWS - Shopping mall operations **Responsibilities** - Managing the daily mall operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall - Manage tenancy relationship and communication with the retailers. - Conduct daily pre-opening checks at mall’s common areas. - Coordinate, and conduct inspections with service providers on routine work, outstanding defects and rectification works. - Coordinate the procedures and fit-out of the premises leased to retailers. - Liaise with retailers for handing/taking over of the premises - Collect as-built drawings, insurance certificates, fit-out deposits, service reports and other fees / document in relation to fit-out work, pre-opening and operations from retailers. - Assist to prepare and manage annual budget on operational expenses. - Ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are attended promptly and rectified with mínimal inconvenience and disruption. - Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests promptly. - Any relevant duties as required. **Requirements**: - Experienced in shopping mall operations To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button. **Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Quek Weixiang Gary (R1981768)
