**About the role**:
As our Product Designer, you will be taking over the responsibility for all design aspects of our products. In close collaboration with our Product Manager and Engineering Team, you will be involved in the product development process and build a killer user interface and experience that our customers love. This role entails a healthy mix of design, research, and high-level thinking that is needed for this role.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about working in a fast-growing environment to bring our products to the next level and is passionate about building products that last.

**What You'll Do**:

- Drive and design wireframe, information architecture, low to high-fidelity mockups, and interaction specifications
- Conduct evaluative research, including usability tests, heuristic reviews, and competitive analysis
- Contribute to and maintain design systems to achieve design scalability and consistency across multiple products
- Collaborate with other designers in the company to raise the quality bar and continuously improve Oddle’s design processes, principles, and tooling
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineers through the full product lifecycle from concept to shipping

**Who We Need**
- High proficiency in composition, animation, typography and colour that provides visual coherence, emphasis and hierarchy
- Strong understanding of UX process, methods and deliverables
- Experience in designing, implementing, or evolving design frameworks
- Agnostic yet proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Framer & etc.
- Experience in utilizing collaboration tool such as Miro, Figjam, Notion & etc.
- Effective verbal, writing, strategic thinking, conceptualization, presentation, facilitation, and organization skills
- You are comfortable engaging with all level stakeholders, product managers, designers, and technical teams to workshop and define future user experiences for the product

- You’re a strong communicator and can work efficiently with different stakeholders
- You are constantly aware of design trends, best practices, innovation ideas and consumer behaviour in relevant industries. You are quick to learn and adopt new industry standards and tools
- Strong command in English communication
- You're a team player and able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment
- You love what you do and believe in what we’re building here at Oddle

**Good To Have**
- Experience working with engineers and developers
- Experience in UX writing will be a huge plus
- Experience working in a SaaS company
