**Responsibilities**
- Assist in minor procedures and chaperone during consultation
- Assist in reception duties which includes arranging appointments, dealing with queries over the phone, and collecting payment using clinic electronic management system
- Assist in administrative duties which includes using the clinic management system in role as clinic nurse and assistant, e.g. to input casenotes into electronic medical records
- Oversee and ensure ethical and patient care standards
- Provide counselling to patients for pre
- and post-surgery instructions
- Prepare patients for surgeries by cleaning surgical site, monitoring vital signs, administering pre-operative medicines and giving pre-operative instructions
- Assist Medical Director in daily functions, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Ensure that the clinic is clean and well-maintained.
- Responsible for the management of service quality standards, patient care
- Manage medical insurance claims of patients
- counting daily cash flow and closing accounts daily
- Coordination and administration of surgery for Medical Staff
- Ensure timely and up-to-date maintenance/ repair of clinic equipment
- Maintain and develop SOPs for clinic operations
- Manage feedback, service recovery & improvement plans.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Engaged in the monitoring of discipline and conduct of all staff
- Ensure that all administrative procedures, records, and documentation are in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management/Medical Director

Qualifications & Requirements
- Min. Degree in Nursing with Practicing Certificate (Registered Nurse) with Singapore Nursing Board
- Possess 3-5 years of managerial/supervisor experience, will be preferred
- Prior experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in a Clinic or Hospital setting will be an advantage
- Independent with good communication skills
- Positive working attitude, proactive with a bright, pleasant and generous personality

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $5,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
