About the role

This is a full-time Clinic Manager position with MIZU MEDICAL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in the Orchard Central Region. The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. This is a strategic role that plays a vital part in contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
  2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
  3. Liaise with medical professionals to coordinate patient care
  4. Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures
  5. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of clinic staff
  6. Monitor clinic performance and identify areas for improvement
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare management role
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both staff and patients
  4. Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
  5. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards applicable to the industry
  6. Passion for providing high-quality patient care and customer service
