**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Answer phone and respond to general inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic
- Assist with preparation of treatment rooms and basic administrative tasks
- Handle payments and issue receipts

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic software preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior healthcare or TCM clinic experience is an advantage
- Able to commit full period between 9-23 Oct

**Work Location & Arrangement**
- Located at Orchard Road
- Hourly pay of $10-12

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 - 52 per week
