DESIGNATION : Claims and Accounts Payable Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for reviewing staff claims, vendor payment and effectively evaluate the information provided by claimants and vendor. Must also be able to communicate clearly with parties involved.
- Reviewing and evaluating the validity and accuracy of staff claims
- Analyzing documentation to determine whether claims are complied with company policy
- Liaising with claimer for any discrepancy
- Verifying vendor invoices and checking on vendor payment details

QUALIFICATIONS
- LCCI, Diploma in accounting
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Meticulous, structured and accurate.
- Good time management and priorities.
- Billangual languages is an advantages
