Venture Growth Architect

**Please note, we are looking for someone already in Singapore for this role**

**Overview**:
In this role you'll be working with startups Series A + who are looking to accelerate their growth within a specific APAC market, or who have a desire to expand into new markets internationally. You'll work with a portfolio of high potential startups, directly coaching and challenging the business leaders around their model, approach and pathways to achieve success. You'll be deeply integrated into their business as they come through our expansion program and work very closely with our Commercial Directors to ensure tangible, commercial results.

**Requirements**:
This role is core to our mission supporting startups in their journey to scale. We are looking for someone who is willing to have a hands-on approach with founders and experienced entrepreneurs to challenge them across their business model and ready them for the next phase of their growth journey. You'll likely have worked in venture capital or been part of a startup's journey opening new international markets previously.
- You will be skilled in identifying trends or patterns within the start-up ecosystem including key technology developments and business model shifts
- You’ll have been involved in market launches as part of an early startup team into a new geography, finding product-market-fit across regions. This means having a technical knowledge and understanding of lean startup methodology & business model innovation
- You'll look creatively at market entry routes and finding Product-Market Fit. This could be through partnerships, JVs and licensing through to supporting them with the right investors
- You ideally have experience working with both large corporates and startups, and have an understanding of ‘translating’ between the two
- You're someone who can dive deep into research across a range of business models then look out to seek practical solutions, using the insights you gain to add value
- You're an analytical individual who backs decisions through data and can unpick business models rapidly then make informed recommendations
- You’ll have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, emerging technologies and the corporate innovation landscape. You've been a Founder before, and will bring deep founder empathy as a result
- You are excited about speaking with new people, listening and trying to understand their problems to find impactful solutions, rather than selling off-the-shelf remedies
