Your Role
- Identify and select the most promising venture opportunities in selected value spaces
- Support experienced Venture Founders in driving individual venture initiatives
- Conduct diagnosis on the maturity of venture portfolio or individual ventures
- Build product prototypes, MVPs and initial market traction for one or more selected ventures
- Develop knowledge assets in different value spaces on market trends and opportunities
- Scan the market for the latest, most innovative start-ups; conduct interviews with their founders
- Support marketing and partnership initiatives for FutureLabs and its portfolio ventures
- Support Go-to Market execution: roadshows, conferences and business development

Your Current Profile
- 2-4 years experience in consulting or investments research domains
- Strong interest in technology innovation
- Strong problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations
- Strong analytical skills, able to comprehensively analyze and synthesize findings on market potential and new opportunities
- Previous experience with technology strategy & implementation such as big data / AI, system integration or product management or digital marketing (preferred)
- Prior experience in a start-up environment (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record (MBA is a plus)
- Based in Singapore or Malaysia
