Product managers at Live Core Safety Team enjoy a fast-paced and rewarding career. They take charge of ideation, driving technical development, and leading the launch of innovative platforms, products, and tools. As a Senior Product Manager for LIVE Safety Extreme Risks, you will play a crucial role in identifying significant opportunities and developing product strategies and roadmaps to protect the TikTok LIVE community from extreme risks. This position requires a combination of cross-functional collaboration, resource coordination, and other valuable skills.

**Responsibilities**:
What will I be doing?
- Take the lead in identifying significant opportunities and driving the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps to safeguard the TikTok LIVE community from extreme risks
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where fluid processes and creative solutions are the norm
- Utilize data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps for Live Extreme Risks
- Lead the ideation, technical development, process design, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products
- Collaborate with world-class engineers and designers to drive product development while maintaining team health
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources from various groups (policy, ops, design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product success, tracking key performance indicators

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- Minimum 3+ years of product management or related industry experience
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
- Experience working in a technical environment with diverse cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources from various groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Proficiency in analyzing complex, large-scale datasets and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to gather requirements from diverse areas and users, translating them into effective product solutions
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and execution skills
- Excellent communication skills
