Utilizing its extensive network and presence in key markets, the business trades crude oil, refined products, petrochemicals, LNG, fertilizers and emissions in the global marketplace.
We are looking for young, passionate and energetic talent to join our physical operation team in Singapore, focusing on Petrochemicals operations.
Brief job description is as follows:

- Product scheduling, vessel nominations, prepare and send voyage orders and monitor vessels movements.
- Inventory monitoring and management -working closely with the plant (Orpic)
- Supply Chain Optimization and Management - working closely with the Trader and Charterer to ensure shipping needs are fulfil in the timeliest, efficient and cost effective manner.
- Liaison with shipbrokers, ship agents, suppliers, customers, surveyors on all post
- deal activities.
- Identify and prepare book-out or circle-out deal proposal with trading counter-parties.
- Preparing shipping documentations, demurrage calculations, marine insurance, etc.
- Ensure all operational information is entered into the trading system (e.g. physical matching in Vista and e-filing of documents in Diva) in accordance with the company’s governance and compliance policy.
- Working closely with the financial operations team to ensure that any necessary financial security (LC) is in placed to meet the company’s legal and financial obligations.
- Working closely with the team to ensure that all KPIs are met.
- Provide coverage for other colleagues whenever necessary.
