Key Account Manager

**Job Description**:
a) Be the main contact person for assigned Accounts (client companies)
b) Make and maintain contact with existing and potential clients. This includes development of new customers and acquire orders from them
c) Introduce general contracts/agreement to clients. Answer inquiries, offer solutions or help develop solutions
d) Prepare quotes, follow-up & close the sales & preparing sales monthly report
e) Offer package proposals, do cross selling, maximize revenue from customers
f) Be responsible for revenue, while following profit/loss goals and pricing of the LFM, RFM
g) Assess the Accounts, understand their strategy, organizational structure, key decision makers, needs and priorities.
h) Ensure all relevant sales tools‘ relevant information is clear and transparent as to sources and trustworthiness
i) Arrange and follow-up sales campaigns or strategic sales projects coordinated with Marketing and Engineering
j) Share market feedback and trends (customers, competitors, trends) within our organization
k) Understanding of the BF service offerings‘ requirement
l) Use client knowledge to inform them of services that may interest them, develop a sales strategy and an execution plan with clear and measurable targets for each Account, and share with BF Local Field Manager for capacity / resource demand forecast
m) Assess client satisfaction for assigned Accounts, assist handling complaint from client
n) Achieve required order income with the given service mix per period (quarter, year)
o) Expand business from existing customers details see KAM/ER task listing
p) Account status review based on data provided by Central Sales / Accounting
q) Regular customer visits with meeting minutes in a shared location
r) Inquiry handling, lead development and follow up
s) Make sure that customers are informed and understand which information and documents are required at which time
t) Order income forecasts (monthly and on request)
u) Support Engineering and customers in case of emergency trouble shooting
v) Dunning support
w) Arrange high level meetings (customer management & TR management)
x) Be familiar with the services offered by TUV Rheinland to a level to introduce them to customers and arrange follow-up with specialized Sales and / or respective Engineering staff
**Requirements**:
- Min. 4 or more years of experience in B2B sales related position / in technical sales
- Ability to listen, build trust, identify value, develop solutions, convince clients of benefits
- Sense for client needs, taking swift and market-oriented initiative
- Track record in Sales & proven closing capability
- Good English skills for internal communication
